• Photo (35×45mm, white background) 
• National ID card copy 
• Bank statement (last 6 months) 
• Bank solvency certificate 
• Minimum balance: ৳10,00,000+ 
• Financial documents (FDR, property, asset valuation) 
• TIN and Income Tax Return (last 3 years recommended) 
• Marriage certificate (if married) 
• Birth certificate (for applicants under 18) 
• Invitation letter (if applicable) 

For Job Holders

• NOC 
• Visiting card 
• Office ID card 
• Salary certificate / payslips 

For Business Persons

• Trade license 
• Letterhead and visiting card 
• Memorandum / Incorporation documents (for limited companies) 
• Company bank statement (last 6 months) 
• Company TIN and Income Tax Certificate and BIN 

Others

• Government employees: Government Order (GO) or NOC 
• Students: Student ID and NOC from institution 
• Doctors: BMDC certificate 
• Advocates: Bar Council certificate
