Welcome to M. R Travels International. By accessing or using our visa processing, tour package, air ticketing, hotel booking, and travel-related services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Company Information

M. R Travels International is a Bangladesh-based travel agency providing professional visa consultancy, inbound and outbound tour packages, flight booking, hotel reservations, and other travel services.

2. Visa Processing Services

We provide visa consultancy and documentation assistance only.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or High Commission.
We are not responsible for visa refusal, delays, or additional document requests from the Embassy.
Visa fees, government charges, and service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
Applicants must provide accurate and genuine documents. Submission of false information may result in rejection or legal consequences.

3. Tour Package Booking

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any tour package.
Full payment must be completed before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change due to airline fare adjustments, hotel availability, currency fluctuation, or government taxes.
Services not mentioned in the package details will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Visa service charges are non-refundable once processing has started.
Tour packages and flight tickets are subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies.
Refund processing may take 7–30 working days depending on suppliers and payment methods.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance. M. R Travels International is not liable for medical emergencies, trip interruptions, accidents, loss, or damages during travel.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure their passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Clients are responsible for checking visa requirements and travel regulations of their destination country.
Travelers must comply with immigration, customs, and local laws of the destination country.

7. Limitation of Liability

M. R Travels International shall not be liable for:

Flight cancellations or delays
Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or travel documents
Decisions made by airlines, hotels, embassies, or third-party service providers

8. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, cash, or approved digital methods.
All service charges must be cleared before document submission or travel confirmation.

9. Changes to Terms

M. R Travels International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
