Refund Policy – M. R Travels International

At M. R Travels International, we maintain transparency in all our services. As we work with embassies, airlines, hotels, and international suppliers, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service booked. Please read the policy carefully before confirming any service.


1. Visa Processing Services

  • Service charges are strictly non-refundable once the application process has started.
  • Embassy fees / Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa refusal or delay.
  • No refund will be provided in case of visa rejection by the Embassy or High Commission.
  • If a client cancels before submission, only unused optional service portions (if applicable) may be reviewed for partial refund.

2. Hotel Booking Refund

  • Hotel booking refunds will be processed as per the respective hotel’s cancellation and refund policy.
  • Non-refundable or promotional hotel bookings cannot be refunded.
  • Late cancellation may result in partial or full charge as per hotel rules.

3. Air Ticket Refund

  • Air ticket refunds are processed strictly according to the respective airline’s fare rules and refund policy.
  • Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Airline cancellation penalties and administrative service charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refund processing time depends on the airline and may take 15–30 working days or more.

4. Tour Packages

  • Refund for tour packages depends on airline, hotel, transport, and third-party supplier policies.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable if suppliers impose cancellation penalties.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

5. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing with booking reference details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days depending on banks and suppliers.
  • M. R Travels International is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

M. R Travels International reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
